Unopened items: Changed your mind? If your fragrance is still in its original packaging with the plastic seal intact — completely unopened and unused — you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Opened items: Due to the nature of fragrance, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Wrong or damaged items: Received the wrong scent or something arrived damaged? Send us photos within 14 days of delivery at hello@scentedwithnaj.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no hassle.
