Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

At this time, Scented With Naj ships within the United States only.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Scented With Naj is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrances and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or replacements are only available if:

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrives damaged.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
